1950’s Experiment Artist to Take LSD and Draw the Same Portrait 9 Times

Source: Truth Theory | by Amanda Froelich

As one might expect, the U.S. government conducted numerous experiments in the past which probably would not be sanctioned today. One was asking human test subjects to ingest LSD while officials monitored the ensuing behavior, reports Bored Panda.

Another experiment involved Oscar Janiger, a University of California-Irvine psychiatrist, taking LSD then drawing the same portrait nine times over a period of time. Equipped with a box full of crayons and acid, he had a very illuminating experience.
