The 1956 Highway Act

Source: Dinar Chronicles

On this day, June 26, 1956 Eisenhower authored and the Federal Government approved the funding and construction of 40,000+ miles of interstate highways. The Federal Highway Act cost the Federal Government over $25 billion dollars way back then. With another $5 billion paid for by the individual states. The "gas tax" was increased from $0.2 to $0.3/gallon. The Senate let it go with a vote of 89 for to 1 against. The House passed it unanimously the same day.

Those were the days of innocence. June 1956, when people actually believed their tax dollars were used to pay for the roads... like today. It's just not true. Our tax dollars never went to build anything here in the US. Trade proceeds and leveraged bonds did.

This negotiation was with the UN, the British Monarchy and various global oligarchs, owners and trustees of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development /The World Bank. The Bretton Woods system, touted as "a remarkable achievement of global coordination" began immediately following WWII when all participating countries were in need of and open to aid - and a new central banking system. Bretton Woods established the U.S. dollar as the global currency, taking the world off of the gold standard. It created the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. These two global organizations would monitor the new system.

"UNITED NATIONS (ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND)

HC Deb 07 May 1956 vol 552 cc826-30".

The requirements for participating in the "Special United Nations Fund for Economic Development" were three items required for receipt of these funds:

1) "A programme of internationally supervised world wide disarmament under the auspices of the United Nations should have been embarked upon."

2) Make an initial deposit of at least $250 M for a project that serves the development of a nation's core reserves such as: roads to carry goods, means of transportation for goods, the backbone of a nation, etc.

3) Be an active participating member of the UN

Note: these 3 requirements were dictated by the Queen of England who was a principal participant in Bretton Woods along with the World Bank, the IMF and the Committee of 300. Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth Tudor, was dictating worldwide policy for most of the 20th Century and she continues today.

Bretton Woods Conference established the guidelines for the international buying and selling of financial instruments, these leveraged bonds; to be used for member nation's infrastructure and development, in 1944, 12 years earlier. It took the US 12 years to negotiate a seat at the table serving the pork. It took 12 years to manage the required $250 M entrance fee to start a trade for roads. What else was given?

My Point Being...

The gist of this document was the United Nation's mandate for global disarmament as a precursor for receipt of this money. How interesting that the requested amount, 25 B was received in 1956 immediately following the Korean War? Now, here we stand today, in 2018, 62 years later, about to get a new influx of money much of which is slated for highways and transportation (OBOR).

N. Korea has agreed to give up its nuclear weapons. What has US agreed to give up?

While we are told that NESARA is bringing back a Constitutional Republic we won't forget that the Second Amendment guarantees our right to bear arms. This will not be negotiated away. Not now. We must have protection from a potential government run amok, operating in corruption and secrecy - until we are safe and the world is prospering, flowing, and we are safe. Then guns and money and war, become a no thing.

Bottom Line...

Always read the fine print in every contract. I'm no gun dealer. Have no intention of buying or selling arms. However, should a family member be asked to give up his arms to be in compliance, that is not happening. PTB, be advised, this is a Non Starter.

Peace and prosperity will prevail when honor and integrity, fairness, openness and honesty become the norm. I will be doing my part to make sure this is the case.

And Love Abounds.

Big hugs,
Carden
